Please Read Carefully Our Booking & Cancellation Policy Rules
For reservation of Package / Hotels / Transportation booking, please deposit 30% of the package value. The remaining amount will be deposited before 10 days prior to the journey date.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil war, natural calamities (Landslides, Floods, or any sudden hazards due to Covid -19 situation) any accidents / medical evacuation, Riots/strikes / political disturbance, etc., or anything beyond human control, no refund is possible & will not bear the cancellation charges. But in such cases, there will be full cooperation from the entire Trisha Holiday team to make an alternate arrangement.
Trisha Holiday is not responsible to refund or compensating any amount of money if the tourist can’t complete the tour for his or her adverse physical condition or any personal reason.
Package cost doesn’t include porter charges, tip, medical cost and cost of medical assistance, any entry fee, Toll tax, parking, etc.
Booking Cancellations are accepted only by Via-mail (email@example.com).
In case of cancellation journey cancelled by the passenger, he or she is liable to pay cancellation charges as follows-
- Between 100 days and 66 days - 10% of the total price
- Between 65 days and 56 days - 15% of the total price
- Between 55 days and 41 days - 20% of the total price
- Between 40 days and 27 days - 25% of the total price
- Between 26 days and 16 days - 30% of the total price
- Between 15 days and 8 days - 50% of the total price
Between 7 days and the Date of the Journey days - the advance amount will be none refundable
Season time Advance amount will be non-refundable (April, May, June to July) & (October to December).
